No. We work remote-first – you can work from anywhere, all year round. Our office in Vienna is always open to you, but it's not a must. For team events and quarterlies, we come together. The rest we clarify digitally.
Our core stack: Angular, React, Node.js, Flutter, TypeScript, NestJS, Astro. Plus Docker, Kubernetes, and AI-supported development in the engineering process. But we are not dogmatic – we implement what fits the project. Open source first.
Yes. We are interested in attitude, curiosity, and initiative – not how many years of experience are on your resume. Juniors work independently from day one, with direct access to senior devs who share their knowledge.
Usually 2–3 weeks. CV evaluation, intro call with a team lead, meeting in the office. You will always receive feedback – even if it's a no. We don't ghost.
