Location
Head office in Vienna, a second office in Zurich. For DACH projects, this is usually enough; for everything else, there are video calls.
Seniority rate
Over 80 percent of our development team are seniors. We still do junior onboarding, just not as a business model.
No agency model
We build, operate, and improve software from a single source. Those who hire us do not negotiate with three different service providers about the same project.
Client trust
We do not name Voestalpine, Austrian Post, Wien Energie, Verbund, Erste Group, KTM, Vienna Capitals, Vienna Tourism Association, and our largest clients. References upon request, details only with approval.
Open Source First & Data Sovereignty
Where possible, we rely on open standards instead of licensing fees that are more expensive than the project itself in five years. Additionally, our focus is on European solutions to enable data sovereignty.
Open Culture
Others lure with coffee, we lure with a dog (and extremely good coffee). But we don't need to lure much; we regularly engage the freelancing and dev communities through meetups at our place.
