Just in time for this year's season, the first Tech Talk Oktoberfest, organized by LEAN-HIVE, took place. LEAN-HIVE is a talent scout and recruiter of IT experts, whom we support and accompany on their professional journey. The event combined the Bavarian tradition of Oktoberfest with exciting tech talks, creating a unique atmosphere for exchange and networking.
At the heart of the evening was a big thank you to all software developers, testers, DevOps, and project managers, whom we have supported in their careers or are currently working with. The event was a great opportunity to make new contacts, exchange knowledge, and benefit from insights from leading experts in the tech industry.

The conclusion was Thomas Appler with a fascinating presentation on Artificial Intelligence (AI). He explained the latest developments in areas such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAGs), AI Agents and Chatbots , providing insights into how these technologies are already being integrated into projects and shaping the future of business applications.
