Ideally three to eight people: at least someone from management, a person with process or IT responsibility, and an employee from the operational area (sales, production, logistics). A mix beats hierarchy. Those who participated in the workshop can help shape it afterward.

Yes. We are based in Vienna and come to you throughout Austria — Vienna, Graz, Linz, Salzburg, and all other locations. Of course, we are also on-site in Germany and Switzerland. Remote is always possible, but for industrial clients, we recommend the workshop on-site.
