Yes, this is actually the ideal starting point. The workshop is designed to work without prior knowledge. Preparation is limited to a short questionnaire in advance. We accommodate everyone — from management to the operationally responsible person.

Ideally three to eight people: at least someone from management, one person with process or IT responsibility, and one employee from the operational area (sales, production, logistics). A mix beats hierarchy. Those who participated in the workshop can help shape it afterward.
[] AI Courses Vienna: Do you also offer the workshop on-site in Vienna?
Yes. We are based in Vienna and come to you throughout Austria — Vienna, Graz, Linz, Salzburg, and all other locations. Of course, we are also on-site in Germany and Switzerland. Remote is always possible, but for industrial clients, we recommend the workshop on-site.

Then you continue without us. The roadmap is designed exactly for that. You can work through it internally or give it to another partner — there is no dependency created by the document. Many clients still choose to implement with us in the end. But that is a decision after the workshop, not a prerequisite for it.
[] Introducing AI in the company: Do we need to renew the IT infrastructure for this?
In most cases, no. Many AI solutions can be layered over existing systems (APIs, middleware). We always start with what is already running with you and only recommend replacement if the benefits clearly outweigh the costs.

Depends on which services in what configuration. The business variants (OpenAI API, Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI) offer GDPR-compliant processing and do not use data for training. In such a case, we recommend building data as the first step in the roadmap. AI needs data. However, often more usable material can be found than expected: in ERP systems, email histories, Excel lists. We will look at this in the reality check.
